Manx Plant & Garden Conservation Society Group

Manx Plant & Garden Conservation Society

Established in 1983, the Society has gone from strength to strength with in excess of 300 members who enjoy a variety of events throughout the year. We have a full lecture programme during the winter months following the AGM in September and running through to early May. Garden visits are arranged on the island, the first one being in February timed to coincide with the first signs of spring once the Snowdrops have burst through. This is followed in the summer months with visits arranged between May and July. Our plant stall will be at every event, where possible. Most years we arrange a members' visit off the island. This year is an exception with nothing in the pipeline as yet Non-members are very welcome to attend any of our events for an entry fee of just £2.50.
