Collection Holders Scoop top awards at London Plant and Design Show

The show season kicked off to a fantastic start for Plant Heritage Collection Holders at the weekend when their hard work was rewarded with a number of top awards at the London Plant and Design Show.

Fresh winter colour and early flowering plants was the flavour of the show, which saw National Collection Holders of Coriaria, Paris and Polygonatum, Crug Farm Plants, win an RHS Gold award for its exhibit of evergreen shrubs and perennials.

Silver Gilt Flora awards went to Fibrex Nurseries, W&S Lockyer, Dibleys Nurseries, Hoyland Plant centre, Broadleigh Gardens and The Sir Harold Hillier Gardens for their displays.

The Botanic Nursery was awarded Silver Flora for its display of evergreens and winter stems.
