The following examples of wording can be used regardless of whether this is your first Will, or if you are adding a codicil (an amendment) to an existing Will.
• A CASH AMOUNT
“I give the sum of £…… to Plant Heritage for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of an authorised officer shall be full and sufficient discharge to my Executors”.
• RESIDUARY
“I give …….% of my residuary estate to Plant Heritage for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of an authorised officer shall be full and sufficient discharge to my Executors.”
