Plant Guardians

Echeveria ‘Pink Champagne’

Description:

This is a hybrid (Echeveria agavoides ‘Romeo’ x Echeveria laui), created by Hyun Sook Lee, a Korean plant breeder. It forms rosettes up to 25cm in diameter. New central growth is grey-green from the centre with outer leaves that blush pink with age. It has a light coating of white farina. Orange flowers arise on an upright inflorescence. The sought-after pink tint to the leaves becomes more marked if the plant receives adequate strong light.
