Acer palmatum 'Azuma murasaki'
(Aceraceae family)is a cultivar
over a hundred years old and with scarlet leaves in the Autumn.
Also has attractive colours in the spring before the leaves turn
green with a reddish hue. Eventually grows to 15 feet but takes
