Plant Records Software

Plant Heritage recommends that plant records are recorded electronically if at all possible. Our preferred recording system, if a prospective or current Collection Holder is not already using a horticultural database product (such as BG Base or Iris), is called Persephone.

Persephone is a secure online database provided free of charge for Collection Holders. Click through for more information.

A second option, also free of charge for Collection Holders and PC based, is called Demeter. Click through for more information.
