Welcome to the Warwickshire Group’s pages.

The Warwickshire group meets for monthly lectures on various aspects of plants and gardens, from September to May on the second Thursday in the month, at the Great Hall, the Lord Leycester Hospital, 60 High Street, Warwick, CV34 4BH (near the West gate). Meetings start at 7.45pm. Tea/coffee and biscuits are available at the end of the evening. ).

Non-members are very welcome as visitors (£4 donation), members are free.

There is a monthly raffle and plant stall. Members are encouraged to bring along plants or material currently of interest in the garden for display and/or discussion.

Garden visits are planned for the summer months.

The group takes part in the annual Plant Heritage plant exchange scheme aimed at saving rare and unusual plants from extinction.

Other activities include a Grand Plant Sale (usually the first Saturday in June – see Events), and volunteer participation in restoring a group of historic Victorian Pleasure Gardens in Warwick.
